With the intention of creating basketry pieces without a defined use, these two experiments in wicker exhibit simple and identifiable techniques and forms that causes doubt by their initial lack of function. These pieces exist to challenge existing notions in our imagination of what basketry is and to challenge the spaces they might inhabit.
